PLT Packaging Overhaul

Project Overview

As part of a comprehensive rebrand, I led the full redesign of packaging across PLT and PremiumSpec product lines. This effort modernized the look and feel of the brand, ensured consistency across hundreds of SKUs, and elevated the customer experience while improving internal workflows. The packaging system now reflects both the quality of the product and the professionalism of the brand it represents.

The Challenge

The original packaging was inconsistent, outdated, and visually fragmented. There was no cohesive system, which led to brand dilution, production inefficiencies, and weak customer-facing presentation. Technical information was often cluttered or unclear, and the opportunity to reinforce trust and quality at the packaging level was being missed.

The Solution

We developed a fully scalable packaging system that visually unified the PLT brand across all product categories and packaging formats. The system introduced consistent layout frameworks, a clean hierarchy of technical info, improved iconography, and visual tiering between PLT and PremiumSpec.
